Well continuing our recent theme we have another wine event to tell you about. Yes we certainly love our Tasmanian wine and the White Wine Weekend is another great event.

We have written about the White Wine Weekend before when it was held at the Henry Jones Art Hotel Atrium which I humbly think is a far better venue than the Princes Wharf shed but obviously more space was needed, which the shed provides.

The event’s website: White Wine Weekend has details of the event which will be held on 7 and 8 November 2015.

On this special weekend, the vignerons and winemakers from the vineyards of Tasmania gather together to pour their very best sauvignon blancs, sparklings, rieslings, chardonnays, schonburgers, pinot gris, rosé, and dessert wines.

Princes Wharf No. 1 will host a fabulous line up of Tassie’s finest cool climate white wines including latest releases and you can meet the people who make them.

Entry includes tastings of all wines, complete tasting booklet, crystal Plumm glass, pen and entry into a lucky door prize.

12noon to 5pm both days (TBC).

We will be going so hope to see you there.

If you like Tasmanian white wine then this is a great opportunity to taste Tasmanian white wine all in the one spot rather than having to travel around.  It should be great fun and will definitely need a taxi!

Cheers,

Dale and Jo.
