Rental returns are rising in Hobart but the city retains its title as the most affordable capital.

When conducting rental searches for our clients recently, we have noticed that rental prices have been increasing and rental properties in popular locations or price brackets are being snapped up more quickly. If you are moving to Tasmania, then it is now more important to plan ahead, and act very quickly after you inspect properties to apply for them.
